Please read these terms carefully before using SendClean.
By accessing or using SendClean ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SendClean provides email verification services including single email verification, batch CSV verification, suppression list management, and a REST API. We verify email deliverability through syntax checks, DNS lookups, and SMTP validation. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use SendClean to: send spam or unsolicited email, harvest email addresses for spamming, violate any applicable law or regulation, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, exceed rate limits through automated means, or resell the service without our written permission.
SendClean operates on a credit-based billing model. Each email verification consumes one credit. Credits are allocated monthly according to your plan and do not roll over. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SendClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
