Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a SendClean user.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, payment information), data you upload for verification (email lists), and usage data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not read or store the content of emails — only the addresses you submit for verification.
We use your information to provide and improve the SendClean service, process email verifications, manage your account and billing, send transactional communications (receipts, alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Verification results are retained for 90 days so you can re-download them. After 90 days, batch results and uploaded files are permanently deleted. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting (cloud infrastructure), and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and only process it as instructed by us. We do not share your email lists with any third party.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data from the dashboard at any time. You may close your account and request deletion of all associated data by contacting support. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
